Absolutely Scrupulous Bookkeeping & Management
Disclosure Statement:
The Tax Practitioners Board has the task of regulating Registered BAS agents in Australia. The ATO also has compliance rules for any BAS agents to comply with. The Tax Agent Services 2009 has determinations that any BAS agent must abide by in all my interactions with my clients and duties as a bookkeeper so the industry is heavily regulated.
The Tax Practitioners Board has a list on their website of all registered BAS agents. You can view any registered agents searching www.tpb.gov.au/public-register

This allows them to act in all matters that are involved in the everyday running of a business. This includes Payroll, Superannuation, BAS and all things involved in that area of running a business.
Complaints process:
Any complaints about my company or myself can be discussed with me to see if we can come to an agreement about any misunderstandings. Failing that ther process is to make an online complaint to the TPB.
The online form is available at www.tpb.gov.au/complaints and the process is explained on that website.
